Fulfillment Policy

1. Introduction 

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how Get Refunds Inc. delivers its services to clients, encompassing both hourly professional services and a monthly subscription model. This policy ensures transparency, client satisfaction, and efficient service delivery.

2. Definitions

• Hourly Professional Services.  Services provided on an as-needed basis, billed according to the time spent on tasks or projects.
• Monthly Subscription Services.  A recurring fee for access to designatred services, support or resources over a fixed period of time, generally one month for ERC Audit Defense services.

3. Scope of Services

Hourly Professional Services are client engagement specific. We specialize in working with businesses on government program-related economic assistance, including the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). We are involved in providing guidance, risk mitigation, compliance, and fraud prevention related to ERC claims. Our roles include:

• Advising on ERC eligibility, compliance, and claim processes.
• Working directly with service providers, businesses, and their advisors like CPAs and attorneys.
• Offering risk mitigation, fraud prevention, detection, response, and remediation services.
• Providing litigation support and expert witness services. 

The scope of our Monthly Subscription Services are described in our ERC Audit Defense Agreement. 

4. Payment Terms

Hourly Professional Services are client engagement specific. Payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur fees or interest as per contract terms.

Monthly Subscription Services are charged in advance.  Subscription cancellations must be communicated 30 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Projects involving Hourly Professional Services can generally be terminated with notice. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused hours.

Monthly Subscription Services can be canceled as per the notice period. No refunds are available for partial months, but services will continue until the end of the paid period.

6. Changes to Policy

We reservce the right to update this Fulfillment Policy. Clients will be notified of any changes to this policy via email or through our service platform.
